Emotion Triggered . 情緒引爆

2011 is what a troubled year indeed. Countless disasters from civil war in Libya, earthquake in Japan to my car accident weeks ago. Just troubling.

Trouble stirs even in the fashion world. John Galliano's fall from grace hits front page on every fashion news centre. A random bar dispute revealed deep trouble in designer's mind. This deep trouble led to Galliano's shockingly quick dismissal from the house of Dior. The decision shaken the entire fashion world.

I can't stop thinking about the popular 2012 end of the world theory while looking at the deaths and tragic pictures in this current situation of the world. Is the end of the world really coming in 2012?

"Emotion will be agitate easily this year," said a fortune teller on a popular Taiwanese show, "It's good to practice the control of your emotion In family, work or in the society."

I feel it's so true. At least for me regarding the situation of my car accident. My emotion was on a coaster ride of anger since the moment of the car accident. The first week following the car accident is the worst. I was feeling pain physically and emotionally.

But with the grace of God I've survived from all and is feeling better. But ever since the car accident I need to pray to God for my every car trip.

And life goes on.

To be looking forward to the end of the world in 2012 will do us no good. That will be equal to praying for the world to end in 2012. I believe if we all think like that then the world really would end by that time. I wouldn't want to see that happening.

Let's think positive despite of what had happened. Feelings change and life goes on.




2011 真是一個災難年，數不清的天災人禍從利比亞的內戰，日本的地震到幾星期前發生在我身上的車禍，真是令人煩惱。

連時尚界也有事件發生，John Galliano 嘴砲事件上了時尚界的每個頭條，一個隨機的酒館爭吵揭開了設計師心中的心魔，這個心魔導致Dior 以令人驚訝的速度開除Galliano，這個決定驚動了整個時尚界。

當看到現在世界動象的死亡人數，悲慘狀況，使我不停的想到大家常常談到的2012世界末日之說，2012真的會世界末日嗎？

一個台灣節目的占星家說："今年是個容易犯脾氣的一年，...家庭裡面，或是學校裡面，或者是社會上，都是要修練自己的脾氣。"

我覺得很準，致少我自己的情況是這樣，就是關於我車禍的事，從車禍那刻開始，我的情緒像坐一趟憤怒的雲霄飛車，車禍後的第一個星期最糟，我心身都感到痛苦。

但因著上帝的恩典，我撐過去了，也慢慢感到好些，但現在每次開車前都要禱告一下。

生命繼續著。

去期代著2012世界末日的到來不會給我們帶來好處，這樣就等於祈禱著讓2012世界末日降臨一樣，如果我們都這樣想，那世界末日在那時就一定會到，我不想看到那樣。

就算事情發生了，讓我們往好的一面想，感覺會變，而生命繼續著。

Sky of Cities

I have a thing for the sky. I always like to look up to the sky and observe. Sometimes I see an amazing colour, sometimes birds fly by and sometimes it's the cloud shape which made me laugh. If one day you need to classifies the world by just 2 kinds of people, sky people or ocean people, I will be one of the sky people.

我對天空有特別的情感，我喜歡抬頭觀察天空，有時候我看到奇妙的顏色，有時候是鳥群飛過，有時候是雲的型狀讓我笑出來，如果有一天世界需要分類成兩種人，天空人種或是海洋人類，我會是其中一個天空人種。

I Found this beautiful magazine at a book store in Tokyo.

It's called KIMONO姫 ( KIMONO Princess )

This magazine is like a kimono dream come true. Just the perfect combination between the traditional and the modern fashion with a dreamy twist of the fantasy fairy tale world.

在東京的書店找到了這本超有美感的雜誌，KIMONO姫，這本雜誌是和服傳統與現代時尚的完美結合，加上一筆夢一般的童話故事氣氛。

封面人物是  宮崎葵。

This issue focus on accessories, and the theme is the four seasons.

At Design Tide 2010 . 我在 Design Tide 2010

Through the massive installation Myomu (Weird Dream) at Tokyo Midtown.

由Tokyo Midetown的大型裝制藝術Myomu框住這一刻。

Design Tide 2010 takes place inside Tokyo Midtown shopping mall. I went there right after visiting Tokyo Designer's Week 2010. To be much more detailed, I travel by Toei subway Oedo Line; stop at Roppongi Station and exit by exit 8. I tell you this, because there are many many exits in each stations in Tokyo. I think there are about 25 exits at Tokyo Station (That place is huge!).

Design Tide 2010 在 Tokyo Midtown裡面展覽，我逛完Tokyo Designer's Week 2010後就去Design Tide，要說更詳細點，就是搭都營地下鐵大江戶線，六本木下車，然後從第8出口出去，會說這個因為東京的車站有很多很多出口，東京站就有大約25個出口（那個地方超大的！）。

Special Report: Tokyo Designer's Week 2010

So! There I am, at Tokyo Designer's Week. This year's theme is Environmental Design. The location is at Meiji Jingu Gaien. The area around there is beautiful and the pace is peaceful and slow. I pass through that famous Gingko tree boulevard and reach the exhibition before 11am. Many Japanense dramas are filmed at that Gingko tree boulevard. Actually Tokyo is full of Gingko tree. No wonder Toei Subway uses Gingko leaf as their logo.

Many people are riding bicycles. I've heard that you can get 500yen off the regular ticket price (2000yen) if you bring a bicycle along to the exhibition.


Tokyo Designer's Week 2010我來了! 今年的主題是環境設計，地點是在明治神宮外苑。附近的環境很美，步調是輕鬆與緩慢的，我經過那個有名的銀杏樹大道，上午11點以前到達展覽場，很多日劇都是在那個銀杏樹大道取景的，其實東京充滿著銀杏樹，難怪都營地鐵的logo是片銀杏葉。

很多人騎單車到會場，我聽說帶單車來的人可以得到500 yen的折扣 (原價2000yen) 。
