ROM. Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto.
Seems like almost everything in Toronto is called in initials. TTC, UT, AGO...so on.
I went to ROM on Friday afternoon. Good news: It's half price ticket on Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm.
I spotted the building right away coming from St. George Station.

ROM，Toronto的 Royal Ontario 博物館。
在Toronto好像大部份的東西都是以縮寫稱呼, TTC (地鐵）, UT（Toronto大學）, AGO（Ontario美術館)，我星期五下午去ROM，好康道相報：星期五 4:30pm - 8:30pm 門票半價，從St. George站的方向走一下就看到博物館的建築啦。

As i went inside...I realize this museum is a big one...

進去就發現...這博物館有夠大的。

At the Chinese culture section. Wasn't interested so i jumped straight to 3rd floor. 

Later was told that stone thing on the left is actually a grave from Ming era.

在中國文化區，我沒有興趣所以就直接跳到3樓，之後才知道那左邊的石造東西是明朝的棺墓。

Hey kids, you are looking at 5000 years of history here.
Yes these sculptures existed for more than 5000 years.

孩子們，你現在正在看著5000年的歷史，是的，這些陶雕已經存在有5000年多了。

Jesus's disciple used this coin to buy food! (9％ Possibility)

These coins are from Jesus's era. 

Emperor Augustus is mentioned in the Christmas story in the Bible.

ROM even have coins made from Alexander the Great's time. It's a Nike head.

 The coins look familiar isn't?

You can clearly see where the design of modern coin's source came from.

Noted the head profile and the surrounding types.

這些都是耶穌時代的錢幣，羅馬皇帝Agustus在聖經裡耶穌誕生故事中有提到，ROM也有Alexander大帝的錢幣喔，這些錢幣是否很面熟，你可以看出現代錢幣設計的靈感從哪裡來吧，看看人頭側面和字的排列。

It's for chariot war horses back in the ancient Greek time.

The device is for the horse to bite on to present horse from biting its tongue.

pretty cruel eh.

This is the exhibition i was looking forward to see in ROM.
Their textile exhibition featuring designs from Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood.

這是我期代已久的布料設計展覽，有Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood的作品。

Closer look at the Jean Paul Gaultier dress.

Noted the boob IS at the right place. haha.

Very naughty, Mr. Gaultier.

看近點就發現乳房的位子還有跟畫對到位，Mr. Gaultier你很調皮喔。

Any place can be a wishing well in Canada.

By the way, that's a mammoth's tooth.

在加拿大任何地方都可以是許願池，順帶一提，那是一顆長毛象的牙齒。

Well that pretty much sums up my 3 hours in ROM.

It's a big museum so i didn't have time to see everything.

oh they got mummy too but i was too scared to take picture of it.
